The classic massage is still the most popular of our massage techniques. Our therapist uses a combination of kneading, rolling, vibration, percussive and tapping movements. Oils are applied to reduce friction on the skin. Benefits include relaxation, dissolution of scar tissue and improved circulation.
Using many of the same techniques as a Swedish massage, our sports massage adds deep tissue techniques and stretching of the muscle tissues to increase circulation and flexibility.
Trigger point therapy locates and dissolves the muscle tissue that holds greater stress and knots. It focuses on the increased pain areas in the body and works to restore the muscle tissue to its relaxed, natural state.
Developed in Japan, shiatsu uses finger-pressure techniques on traditional acupuncture points. Shiatsu concentrates on unblocking circulation and restoring balance in the body's meridians and organs. Benefits include stimulating the blood and lymphatic system, promoting self healing, and restoring the body's natural resistance to disease and disorder.
A completely new and advanced technique. Each client has two massage therapists, creating a four-hand version of the Swedish massage.
Our Royal Manicure & Pedicure includes a relaxing soak, shaping or filling, removal of the cuticles, buffing, an exfoliating scrub, hand hydration and a single polish of your choice.
